About
Hello, my name is Claudia Pache. Since being bullied as a child, I have always wanted to help others feel safe and comfortable in their own skin. This has evolved over the years. Consequently, I went on to study counseling as a way to achieve this goal. I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from Webster University. I have a diverse background in mental health counseling having worked at world class residential facilities as well as at outpatient settings. My certifications and specializations in various treatment modalities equip me well to provide extensive and individualized support.
I believe in a Holistic, Client-Centered Approach -
My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy, integrating mind-body techniques like Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and other somatic techniques. I focus on empowerment and individualized care to meet each client where they are in their journey. There’s no one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we co-create a path that supports your unique needs and goals.
