“Courage is the most important of all virtues because, without courage, you can’t practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage”. Maya Angelou

About

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters graduate student at Hodges University. I completed my Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2021. My desire to help individuals started during my childhood after watching Winnie-The-Pooh. Eeyore was not as happy as the others, and I wanted to help him change his mind to change his life.

Are you stressed? I would love to join you on your self-care journey. Are you hurting? I would love to join you on your healing journey. Do you allow your mistakes to define you? I would love to join you on your self-acceptance journey. Are you unsure of how to describe your situation? I would love to join you on your self-exploration journey. All you need is faith in the size of a mustard seed. My passion is for redirecting individuals through empowerment and self-care.

I am proud of you for taking the first step in your journey. I hope to provide a peaceful, welcoming, and grace-filled counseling environment.
