Hello!
My name is Legend Henry, and I am a Graduate Intern at Arena Counseling. My passion for mental health began in middle school and has only deepened through the experiences, relationships, and challenges that have shaped my life. Those early interests grew into a calling to help others navigate their own journeys toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and the factors that influence emotional well-being. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Social Work at Grand Canyon University, further developing my skills and deepening my commitment to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds.
I believe that every person has a unique story worth understanding. My goal is to create a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free space where people feel empowered to explore challenges, build emotional strength, and move toward meaningful change.
