If you only listen to one TED Talk in your life, choose this one.

Brene Brown does a beautiful job of unpacking vulnerability and why it's so important in our lives and relationships.

Connection is essential to our health and well-being, and to get connection, we have to be willing to turn towards some vulnerability.
